Nova Networks uses standard recognized Project Management processes in all of its projects. Over time, we have developed expertise that clients may tap into by hiring our project managers for their own projects.

All of our managers are trained in Project 2003 and Project Server 2003 which we use internally for work communication and the management of resources and tasks. This has improved our own efficiency and makes for successful client projects delivering on time and within budget and scope.
