• Items returned to Nova Networks must have an RMA number.

• RMA's are valid for 15 days.

• The RMA number must appear clearly on the returned items.

• Show the RMA number clearly on the returned items/do not write on the manufacturer's box.

• Nova Networks reserves the right to refuse the product(s) upon inspection.

• Serial numbers must be provided when applicable in order to obtain an RMA.

• Information must be accurate and complete in order to process request.
